About our Memberships:
Our Membership Year
Our membership year is August 1 to July 31. For your convenience, and unless you request otherwise, any membership applications, dues and contributions received and processed in June or July by the Chapter will be considered to be a membership dues payment/contribution for the upcoming membership year.
Membership Advantages
Each year, your Chapter hosts many fun and informative events including our Fall Kick-Off Party, the annual Senior Football Banquet, TV "viewing" parties, and the spring Alabama Football Update. Just as importantly, your Chapter is actively involved in recruiting good students in our local area to the University. To strengthen our recruiting efforts, the Chapter typically awards annually over $26,000 in scholarships to deserving entering freshmen at the University from the Jefferson County area. Your membership helps to make all these great things happen!
Membership Levels
We offer our traditional Standard Memberships and the new Patron-Level Memberships which provide a variety of additional benefits beyond the Standard Membership level. As is the case with all contributions, the additional money received from Patron Level Memberships helps boost our fund raising efforts for scholarships.
Our Membership Levels Described.
Standard Memberships:
Standard Single Membership - $25.00
Standard Joint Membership (2 individuals in the same household) - $40.00
Patron Level Memberships:
Patron Level Memberships include Single or Joint Memberhip Privileges, plus
Level 1: the Crimson Patron – $125.00
Level 2: the Roll Tide Patron – $250.00
Level 3: the Capstone Patron – $500.00
But regardless of how you participate, we are glad to have you as a member! There are two ways you can join us and/or renew your membership:
1.) You can print a copy of our mail-in membership form and mail it to us, along with your check. This hard-copy form can be used for either our Standard or our Patron Level Memberships, OR
2.) You can electronically complete our new on line, e-Membership form which can also be used for Standard Memberships or our Patron Level Memberships. Payment can be conveniently made using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card.
